Stealth

Stealth is the art of avoiding detection. This can take many forms, from blending into a crowd, to reaching a target undetected, to smuggling goods from place to place. Regardless of your motives, the idea is always to get something done without anyone else knowing you've done it. Here we define the uses and limitations of Stealth and how to counter it.

Perception (passive) is a range which depends on your Acuity Trait

Awareness tests to detect Stealth are:

Normal if within the radius
Receive +5 if within half the radius
Suffer -5 if outside the radius
Suffer -10 if outside double the radius

Other general tests:

picking things up which are heavy or carrying more than your weight.
- make an endurance test, the score must beat the bulk of the object.
- if you exceed your carry, this test must be taken when the object is picked up, then every few minutes or every round of combat while you hold it.
- failure means you drop the excess or lose Move range equal to the excess bulk. Lose stamina equal to half that amount.
