A surreal mix of untouched wilderness and dense industrialization, it has been saturated with subtly advanced technology, at the foremost of which is IRIS, the Intuitive, Reconstructive, Integrated System - nanotechnology which shapes the body and mind alike, though to go too far carries a terrible price, something which many have learned the hard way. Horizon has been called the “New, Old West” and not without reason; it is a land of hard-won survival, of lawlessness and serenity in equal measure. But what of you stranger?
